This is version 1.0 of physics-ng and associated files, and
recquires the fourier, bm, siunitx and esvect packages. This
initial version is entirely design to use the fourier math
type font, with the possibility to have black-board notation
for vector writing with esvect. The physics-ng package bring
the old command qty with nqty, infinetesimal d notation, ISO
norm vector matrix and tensor notations, and another handful
of usual physics LaTeX writing. Note that the Dirac brakets
notation shall be managed by the braket package, and the
derivatives of all form by the diffcoeff package.
